Fits loose with Omron
Not compatible with Omron 7121j. The nozzel is much narrower than the bp monitor outlet. It fits loose and air leaks inmediately after switching on and the screen shows error.I had to return the product immediately.

Good quality BP Cuff but incompatible with Omron HEM- 7120 BP Machine
Good quality Blood pressure cuff but it is not at all compatible with my omron machine (HEM-7120), as written in the description of the item. Please view my images that I have attached of both the pins of my Omron Maxine cuff and this bp cuff. My omron bp cuff is blue color and this amazon bp cuff is white in color. Check it out yourself. This bp cuff's pin is smaller and doesn't fit in my omron machine. My last photo shows both omron and amazon cuffs pins side by side. So easy to compare.

Very very good product
Working nicely. Due to big size we can check bp for obese patient too. I searched in all the surgicals before this, but I couldn't get, but lastly I got in Amazon. Thank you Amazon.

Rquirement.
The item met our requirement. Only we had to swap the end connection with the original cuff
