cheap but effective
This is rather cheaply made. It's easy to put together. It's easy to attach to the door. Use a ruler to make sure that you attach the strip the draft stopper attaches to.Even though this is cheaply made, it does a great job, especially given the price. I put it on the door that has my doggy door. I don't use this door because it opens onto steps that lead to my dog's kennel. This door was poorly hung several years ago, and since no one uses it, I haven't had it rehung. It's had a gap at the bottom, a gap that's almost an inch high. I've had a towel stuck in that gap for the longest time (please remember that no one uses this door, and it's in a hall that only I and the dog ever go down). This door stopper has completely covered the gap. It's stayed in place even with 40 mph winds buffetting it.I got the black one. I think maybe the white one wouldn't look quite as cheap.

Basic, Simple, and Effective
What a simplistic and basic, but effective, device this is. The item was readily available and arrived within 2 days. It arrived in small (6"x10"-ish) padded envelope. There wasn't much to the packaging of the product itself, but there were some pictures indicating the installation procedure, though it's quite self-explanatory.The material is plastic and very similar to a shower curtain liner but a bit thicker, folded, with hook and loop fastener tape already attached to the top edge of the material. The filler tubes are a lightweight, medium-light density foam in two equal length pieces. The hook and loop fastener has a simple peel-off backing and the adhesive is very, very sticky. Both the material and the tube can be cut to fit a door. My door, pictured, is 30", so I needed to cut 6 3/4" off.Functionally, this works very well. My application is for my bedroom door, as there is about a 3/4" gap beneath it and on the outside of the door is a "hardwood" floor. I needed to block this gap to prevent cooler air that I desire in my room from escaping into the hall where other people in the home prefer warmer air, as well as preventing that air from getting into the room from the hall, and to block some of the floor-amplified sound outside the room from disturbing me in my sleep. As far as air blockage, it works very, very well. The foam is dense enough to have enough weight to keep it on the floor. Because this room has carpet and the hall doesn't, I have to gently tap it down in between the carpet and the door when I close it, only because the surface of the carpet is higher than the surface of the floor underneath the door itself. This is not a problem for me, and is actually easy to do with my foot, and far simpler than messing with a rolled up towel or other such object. When it comes to sound blockage, I can say that it is effective enough to reduce the amount of noise from the other side of the door by about 30-35%. I would say it takes the edge off of the noise, and for me that is satisfactory but if sound dampening is your main goal with one of these, the foam simply isn't dense enough to do any more than that. The material should hold up well over time with me going in and out of the room all the time. It's pretty thick.A couple notes on installation:- Even though the adhesive on the hook and loop tape is very sticky, it actually is removable if done very slowly, and doesn't leave a residue behind. This is a big plus for a rental like mine.- Because the item comes folded, there are some creases in the material and in the hook and loop tape. If you're a bit OCD like myself and the creases bother you, it would be best to pull the hook and loop tape apart and reconnect it as smooth as possible to eliminate the creases before attempting to install it on the door. I didn't do this, and should have, but I was able to slowly peel it from the door and flatten it out nice and smooth with no issue. This is a pretty good buy at a low price. Recommended.

Easy to apply, effective
The foam was slightly thicker than expected. It was simple to install. I glued the velco with a 1/4 difference in height for adjustment of the sweep without putting too much pressure on the foam. It worked out great. I no longer have to use a towel under the door. Overall, this door sweep has functioned well. It is cheap and effective.

Flimsy and cheap eyesore
This is a flimsy vinyl that looks extremely cheap because its folded into three sections when shipped. I use it in a professional office and it is really unprofessional looking because of the wrinkles. I'm going to look for something else.

Fits
I got this to replace the other door blocker I had on this old garage door. So I have that to compare it to.I’d had a run underneath it but it created a gap with the very corners of the door and the floor, thus still allowing *things* through. So I removed the rug and replaced the door stopper, moving it down. This one, the casing part that holds the foam tubes, was a noticeably higher quality than the original I had, though I don’t think that really matters as much. Otherwise they were pretty much the same despite this one being a few bucks more.I’d expected the tubes for this one to be thicker than the other because it’s rated to cover a slightly larger gap size than the other. But they were the same 🤷♀️ The tubes seem to be a bit loose in the sleeve.Though it still effectively covers the gap under the door (about an inch I think it is). You have a little bit of leeway depending on how low or high you affix it to the door. It’s relatively easy to cut - cutting through the adhesive strip is the hardest part. I recommend measuring your door and cutting it first rather than applying it to the door first and cutting it to fit from there (I made that mistake before on another door lol)It is sufficiently sticky, though like most of these things it will pull the paint off a door when you remove it if you’re not careful. The previous one tried to do that, but I found pulling slowly at a downward angle kept that from happening.

Taller than most - works as designed
We choose this item as it was taller than most. We have a 1-inch gap under our door because the carpet was removed and replaced with vinyl. It was easily fitted to the door width by trimming/cutting the nylon-like material before inserting the foam rolls. The hook 'n loop stuck OK to the door, enough so that the device stays in place. The savings grace is that if you place the hook 'n loop at the wrong level, you simply move the item up or down on the door until you achieve the desired seal. One thing we did learn is that if you place it on the side of the door that swings away, dragging the door seal toward it, it may not seal tightly enough if you have a larger gap. So we removed the device and place it on the opposite side of the door. Now the door swings into the device when closing, causing the foam roll to block or occlude the opening under the door, creating a very nice, tight seal.
