Morphy Richards Primo Classique 750-Watt Mixer Grinder (Grey/Orange)

I was very upset with this product because the packageing of the box was in such a bad condition I cant explain, the lid of jars were all cracked and had scratches on it,And the mixer was not in new condition there was no shine on the body and the jars was not in good condition the blades were not sharp I think some changes had gone with this product I was very dissapointed...

The package seal (tape) seems as re-taped i.e. opened & packed back in haste....especially the one with the bigger jars. The wet jar's handle was loose & one of the screws came off during first use. I had to struggle to tightly fit it back again. The only reason I did not return it was because the jars did not seem as used, they were new only. Word of caution to buyers: Choose sellers carefully.

After comparing many Morphy r mixers I bought this one as this was launched in April 2017.Best choice. Powerful and sturdy. Not noisy . Go for it .

It's the most horrid useless piece of machinery ever. The top latches are useless, they do not shut. As a result, whatever I pour in to blend, leaks out everywhere, making a mess every time. The fit mechanism (of the jar on to the mixer engine) is so non user friendly too. Requires great strength to always twist it in and twist it out. Did not expect this from Morphy Richards. I am going to have to buy some other mixer/blender now as this one is completely useless.

The Morphy Richards wet grinder is a very good product. It is very useful in making dosa/idli dough, milkshakes, chutneys etc. The dry grinder is also also. Doesn't make much noise as my previous grinder and grinds in a much lesser time. The quality is very good but not sure about durability. I bought this 1 month before and it works just like the new grinder even now.

The colour is not as displayed on the website. It comes in dull grey and turmeric yellow. Amazon was better before in terms of customer return and replacement policies. They are so adamant to take this bad inspite of bad quality of the lids and the colour.Disappointed!

I find it a bit costly..Except the noise level.. all is good.. the jars are pretty heavy nd good in quality...cleaning is easy nd color too is nice...
