my 2.5yo seems to be catching a cold much less these days
i "upgraded" my kid from teh kids formula to the regular version since the kids version run out real fast.and since i read the contents and it didn't look like there was much differencesinstead of the 10ml /day dose, i reduced it to 5ml a day for my kid.she used to catch a cold very often but with sambucol, she recovers from the onset of her sniffles by morning.and it is pretty consistent.i love it!if i can be more diligent to take it myself, i would! when i find the motivation...

Delicious and seems to work
Tastes great. More importantly it seems to work to boost immune systems since I and two others who have tried it had stubborn colds go away in a day or two. Coincidence? Placebo effect? Very well could be. But when something tastes like it should be served on an ice cream Sunday has the desired effect, why quibble?
