Good customer support.
The product seems to be made of sturdy materials.It was easy to assemble.Has a good look to it.The first one was lost in the mail and thankfully customer support was able to ship me another one very quickly.

Nice
Easy to put together , 15 min.Only thing , no prop for lid to hold lid open.Still a good buy

MUCH smaller than it appears!
We wanted to put our two rolling trash bins in it. This thing won't even accommodate one. Everyone we see has the same size bins from WM, so be sure to measure before buying. No obvious damage to the carton, but one corner of the lid was broken. The plastic is very thin and fragile. It's also very difficult to get the screws to catch plastic. You have to put them in at an angle and they all strip out with hardly any tightening. Again, the plastic is just so thin that there is nothing for the screws to tighten to. We already cut up the carton so returning it would be difficult. Guess we'll find some other use. It's so flimsy with the screws not tightened that I think it will fall apart before long. Buyer beware!

Misleading info
Advertised 20 minute assembly. Instructions aren't great. I separated all of the parts and followed instructions. It still took about an hour to assemble. Not all of the holes were predrilled. The coregated back piece came apart at the fold.

I ordered the LHBGO Light Gray Outdoor Resin Storage Shed 36 Cu. When I received the product, all parts are fine except that the baseboard was damaged probably during the shipping process. I informed the company LHBGO in the Amazon website asked for the replacement of the damaged part. The company staff Bella responded to me right away, and provided prompt and clear assistance during the process. I am very satisfied with Bella's professional handling. I like the product, and I am very impressed by such excellence service of the company
