Worst product from USHA. The seller clearly mentioned 1 year warranty on Amazon, but when the product stopped working and I contacted USHA customer care, they said immersion water heaters do NOT have any warranty. This is completely misleading. Either the seller is giving false information or USHA is not honoring their warranty. Customer care was not helpful at all. I trusted the USHA brand, but this experience has been very disappointing. Do not buy this product unless you are ready to lose your money with no support.
