Hits muscle imbalance issues
Great device! Helps a lot with knee pain and calf tightness/endurance. Easy to setup and use.Much easier to use on a flat bench.

works great for the tibialis anterior.
No issues with quality or performance. However, I only put about 8 lbs on it. It is already fairly heavy without weights. Probably too heavy for people with drop foot or a lot of atrophy

wanted inquire the max weight capacity recommended on the 1 inch solo version?
says 150 lbs but that seems astronomical. ideally 100 lbs capacity would be nice

Important piece of equipment
I opted for a single/unilateral tibialis bar so that I could focus on strengthening each leg equally. Although I do have a bilateral tib bar, the unilateral has helped me to bring balance in strength and mobility into both ankles. This is an important piece of equipment for any athlete regardless of your activity, but especially if you are in a high impact activity; e.g., basketball, racket sports, running, plyometrics, etc. A strong tibialis anterior helps to absorb a lot of the force received into the leg during these activities, so that the knees are not having to take the bulk of it. Believe me, you will feel the difference within a few weeks.

Best if you wear shoes
I've tried a few of these. This one is the best. If you workout bearfoot, get another with more padding

Clamp Doesn’t Hold
I was excited when I first saw this product, but quickly realized quality control is an issue. The clamp sent with this unit, designed to keep the weights plates on the loading bar, is too big. This means if you’re ever doing an exercise that involves the the loading bar going past horizontal, the weight plates will quickly slide off— dangerous for your and your surroundings. Why wouldn’t they just send a properly sized clamp? This seems like a very sloppy oversight.

Works pretty good
This is a well constructed bar made of metal. It can accommodate weights with a 1” opening, which is what I was looking for. It can be widened by turning a dial and has a pad. My only issue is that you cannot use this barefoot. This is a minor inconvenience and I use it with a canvas slipper or sneaker on.

Not a 2” post
Post is not 2”, closer to 1 3/4”. it is too small for any of my collars so i can only use the included collar until it fails.
