This book can be an eye-opener for many if they share the same faith as the author! The book depicts a positive way to live one's life. Tough times are inevitable, but you must not allow them to take more than they should. Difficult times in life are like a free gift; learn what you can from them. As a devout Christian, the author has stated various ways in which your faith can assist you in achieving a certain level of mental stability. People who do not believe in any form of faith or religion may find this book to be full of impracticalities. A person of faith may be able to find a way. That being said, both have valid reasons for feeling the way they do!

The examples quoted by book are very inspiring. I was suggested by my Dad to read this book. Awesome book Can make a positive change if we can copy its teachings in our lives.

Best for beginners , dont read when you are not working read when you have started working...it will enhance your performance.
