This pillow-set is giving me a good night's sleep every night ! No more tossing and turning, no GERD in the middle of the night! I discovered that I slept so much better when I was going through a medical crisis that required me to sit straight up to sleep at night. I managed to do it on my sofa with a lot of pillows, but soon realized I was actually sleeping better than ever! I could hardly believe it would be possible! And no GERD symptoms in the middle of the night. I researched the pros and cons of sleeping in an elevated position. Online I read that elevating relieves GERD symptoms. So, after my surgery, when I could sleep flat again, I realized I was tossing and turning and just not sleeping well, so I thought I'd try elevating myself - not straight up as before - but comfortably raised. This pillow set got very good reviews, so I bought it in yellow (slightly cheaper), they arrived the next day in a small box, immediately inflated, and I was able to use them the same night! Now I've had a whole week of GREAT SLEEP ! And no waking to take a TUM. I am a happy camper!

I was really surprised by the packaging of this product. It came in a small box and was vacuum sealed, but as soon as I took the pillow out, it expanded to its full capacity. It’s incredibly comfortable and I’d like that you can move the headrest to a side so you can be sitting up or you can be laying down in your bed and have the headrest pillow. I just product over others because of the price and also because it had the headrest pillow. I’m really glad that I went with this product and I would recommend it.

Whether you have reflux, neck pain or have to go through double mastectomy like I recently did, I would recommend this pillow wedge. It comes concisely packaged and has to expand after it arrives and so cannot be used right away. It is covered in a soft and comfortable material. They were kind enough to include a neck rest which helps to prevent rolling off of the wedge. After surgery, I also propped my arms on pillows along the side. I fared so much better than expected. I didn't think I would be able to sleep on my back, but this made it possible.

I bought this wedge pillow for after surgery and it definitely does the job when it comes to comfort and support. It helps with back pain and makes sitting up in bed easier.That said, it is pretty bulky. Now that I’m feeling better, I’m not quite sure where to store it. If you have the space and need solid support, this pillow is worth considering.

I have a plethora of bodily pains, therein three herniated discs in my neck, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and so forth. I've been having difficulties finding a comfortable position to game and watch TV while being bedridden, but then this handy product appeared before me.With this pillow I can do these things for a longer period of time! I wouldn't say it's pain relief, but it definitely takes longer before my regular pain sets in!It's not too heavy, but I only move it around on my bed. I definitely couldn't be lugging this around everywhere, although that would've made my life better.I had feared the design could prove to be a bit flimsy, due to the different pieces. But no - it's sturdy with whatever option you choose!As people have pointed out, it does smell quite strongly straight out of the bag. I think that's due to the vacuum packaging. It's amazing how small the package was when it arrived, and how big the pillow actually is.I do wish they had some form of pillow casing for this, though. It still gets 5 out of far stars from me since this product actually gives me a better quality of life. I sincerely recommend this to anyone who has problems with their necks, backs and Thoracic area!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I purchased this pillow since I was having breast revision surgery, and my surgeon instructed me to sleep on 45 degree angle for 4 weeks. Before my surgery, I started looking for a pillow that was going to be of good quality and to do the job. I cane across this pillow abd I read the reviews, and the reviews were outstanding, so I decided to give it a try, and it didn't disappoint me. After my surgery the pillow has been a life saver, and has made my recovery comfortable. The pillow can be used in different ways. You can also wash the pillow case. I recommend this pillow 100% .

This type of pillow was suggested by a friend and is well worth the purchase. My husband has to have fusion neck surgery, and while we go through the process, he was in a lot of pain and could not sleep at all. This pillow, while still in pain, has provided some relief so that he can get some sleep. It has maintained its shape thus far and provided the support that he needs. The only thing that would be even better would be a case to maintain cleanliness.

I bought this pillow wedge to use during our stay while my son is in the hospital. There is a large gap above the hospital bed, and I was constantly stacking three or four hospital pillows to try to fill it. Since we were going to be there for an extended time, I decided to bring this wedge with us.It has been a great purchase. It is firm, which provides the support I needed. I have a velcro child who loves to stay close lol, so this made it much easier for me to sit up in bed with my laptop and do some work while still allowing him to lean on me comfortably.If you are spending a lot of time in a hospital room or even just need extra support in bed at home, I would recommend this.
