I spread it on two slices of bread every day, and the 350g jar lasts for 20 days. It must be kept in the refrigerator after being opened. After that, it thickens a little, but that's okay. The 350gm jar takes up very little room in the fridge, so I just use it. A fair price for this high-quality item. Each 32g serving contains 16g of protein.
