The media could not be loaded. Small, discreet and nicely made. The way to use the taser portion is nicely done and reduces the chances of shocking yourself accidentally. Which is extra nice because this item is small enough to go on a key ring and something you would then handle often. The on/off for the device is small and won’t easily switch with frequent, everyday handling. Flashlight portion works well. I’ve actually bought four now to give to family and friends.

Upgraded to a 4. Works well once you determine how to make it work.I will give it a three. Had to go online to determine how it works, because the package was delivered with instructions. Had I not observed someone else's video and noted they seemed to be switching something beside the charge port, I too may have assumed they did not work.

This pen like taser is a perfect solution for having safety options. Clipped on my blouse, it looks like a pen, so it’s easily accessible if needed.

Let's be honest, it doesn't pack that much of a punch.. but you can't tell based on its bark. The major deterrent with this lil guy is the "too big for its body" sound it snaps out. Swear I'd rather take a stunner to the tongue than to have to hear this thing screaming at me for more than a second or two. No really, it truly is obnoxiously loud and scary sounding.Came with a charge cable, fits in your pocket... That reminds me: Do you know what a negligent discharge is? If you do, you're in for a treat and if you don't, well I guess you're in for a surprise.. Its tough to keep this unit secure. What I mean by that is you are one one sliding switch and very light tap away from becoming a victim. If an unintended shock is not something you are comfortable(?) with, I'd advise you to keep searching. This is not the "Pen" for you. Otherwise, enjoy. The unpredictability that comes along with this unit is part of the fun for me 😜

Discreet and easy to handle. Size fits pocket or small evening bag. Will be detected in a security check at Airport or Concert event so avoid forgetting it in your purse. Flashlight works well.

Odd, anyway, I made multiple purchases of these stun pens through 3 different sellers/vendors. These 3 along with one that hasn't arrived yet, a purchase prior to these 3, and another purchase after these 3. As shown in the video, of the 3 (so far, soon to be 4 [not holding my breath that its going to be any different]) stun pens from INSAFER that I received... NONE WORK. I know how they are supposed to work because of my black ODDS Shifter stun pen purchase that arrived before my INSAFER purchase. The ladies want colors other than black (can't say I blame them). So far, the black one is the only one that works. Imagine a lady digging in her purse (have you seen some of these caverns/purses) and the black stun pen is in the bottom. Just a couple of wrong moves and something or someone is getting zapped. Colors, particularly, bright vivid colors sell. It looks like those reflective stickers and that reflective tape I purchased on Amazon not too long ago are going to come in handier than expected.

My first one was wonderful and very dependable. I gave it to a friend who was feeling scared to ride the bus at night, and now I just ordered a second one for myself.I really appreciate the redundant factors that make sure you don’t activate it by accident.The noise it creates is really the most effective part of it.
