The item came on time, but with a missing part, unless it is not exactly as advertised in the picture. The part it is missing is the external USB 3.0 and type C connectors as shown in the picture on this listing. What a letdown, being that I bought this case for its color (Black) and because I thought it would come with the external connectors as well.

Its exactly what it looks like, a bunch of extruded aluminum and hardware to bolt your computer to. If you are able to build a computer and are mechanically inclined, the fact the instructions that the QR code takes you too are entirely in Chinese should not matter. The pictures are more than enough to illustrate building the frame and then how to use the various bits to attach your components. The quality is great for the price. The laser cut acrylic pieces and guide look great and were accurately cut.I am very happy with this frame, I think you will be too.
