Beware! Came pre-loaded with malware! Think twice before buying!
This phone came pre-loaded with hidden malware and phishing Apps already installed in the browser. This software is hidden and you cannot see it in your Apps. I am unable to remove the pre-installed browser. Within 24 hours of setting my phone up my Gmail account had been hacked. I re-installed factory settings but my Gmail was hacked from an unknown device 5 times within three weeks. I can no longer use this email address. My Avast security software is detecting in excess of 15 malware threats each day, which re-appear as soon as Avast has resolved the issue. The most pernicious of these Apps is something called enginee, which Avast just cannot get rid of. The malware accesses the internet and downloads premium rate apps, without being requested to do so, to the extent that my 4GB of download, plus my buffer, is used each month within the first 24 hours, of my plan re-setting. I have password protection on downloads which the malware is able to by-pass, you cannot see these Apps in the Apps list, but Avast keeps detecting them. It also sends premium rate text messages without being request to do so, to the extent that my provider had to block them at their end. The malware also results in downloads blocking my screen and prevents any functionality of the phone with the only option available to download and install these unsolicited Apps. The phone is absolutely useless and frequently needs shutting down to prevent the installation of Apps that the malware tries to download. The supplier was extremely evasive when trying to resolve this issue, and despite my sending them the evidence they asked for, in the form of 15 different photographs taken in one day, showing Avast detection of different malware, and the Apps taking over functionality of my phone, they are still refusing to issue a refund. Fortunately, Amazon have excellent customer service and they have now issued me a refund!Ultimately, I had to buy a new phone as it was not safe to use this phone for any personal information, you cannot safely sinc it to your email, as your email account is repeatedly hacked, and there is limited functionality due to the malware, not to mention the expense of premium rate software being downloaded, and the theft of my 4GB download, each month. Coincidentally, I would be weary about using this supplier full stop, as my husband also bought a different model of phone from this suppler at the same time, as mine, (the model below this one), and his email was also hacked within the first 24 hours of setting up the phone. Seems like too much of a coincidence not to be suspicious. Re-installing factory settings and re-setting his security details on his Gmail did seem to work for my husband, however. oukitel have obviously perfected their malware in-between the issue of the two models! Also, I would have liked to have given this item a no star rating, but sadly that's not an option, so it has inadvertently achieved 1 star, which it does not deserve!Save your money and protect your personal details by choosing a different phone.

No manual
The Oukitel C8 is a very good and well made phone the only down side is no help or advice centre you can login to for a online manual you can download, that aside great value for the money for a 4G smartphone.

Best budget friendly smartphone ive seen.
I had an iPhone 5s and an iPhone 5c before that and both broke after a couple of years so I decided to find a budget phone because iPhones are too expensive to keep replacing. I found this one and fell in love instantly because it's purple and a great price. At first I was sceptical because I'd never heard of the brand but honestly it is the best basic smartphone ive ever used. It does everything my iPhone did and I love how customisable the Android system makes the phone, it also doesn't feel cheap, it has a good weight to it and it looks stylish. If you are looking for a budget friendly smartphone this is the one to get in my opinion. It also comes with a screen protector already on the phone and a silicone protective case, the charger and charging block so it has everything. Overall an amazing phone for the price.

This phone is full of spyware, do not buy it
The phone itself works okay, a bit slow but to be expected from a cheap enough phone. What's not to be expected is that the phone comes pre-loaded with adware such as keychain and adups fota. After approx a month, strange icons with chinese symbols on them started to appear on my phone. I spent ages trying to disable various apps to prevent them but no good. In the end, I did a factory reset which should in theory fix the problem......not if the apps have been loaded on by the manufacturer though!!! There are some instructions available online for removing the fota spyware but it takes a while and I still don't think I've removed everything - there are a couple of files that keep returning no matter what I do. Impossible to trust this phone

Low price, but good quality
Had this phone for just over 4 weeks so far and I can honestly say that I have zero complaints. It does exactly what I wanted. So I went out looking for the best bang for the bucks but I didn't want to spend more then £150.. I came to the conclusion that whatever phone I buy at that price range will be a used or refurbished one. A little bit of research made me looking into this bad boy and I was truly amazed by the price point. The final step of deciding to purchase this phone came in comparing what I can get instead for the same price range... Nothing came close after hours of research.Verdict after 4 Weeks with the phone: Truly amazing and I'm not exaggerating. I am actually constantly looking at the phone amazed that I got it at this price. It feels like I'm easily holding a phone that retails upwards of £300 but I got it for less than half that.

Don't bother
This phone is terrible. It gets red hot & is way too sensitive. It keeps turning itself off. Was hoping for more due to good reviews. I must have a rotten apple.

Didn't even work!!!
Product is crap, I brought one for my daughters birthday and when she opened it she was left heartbroken as it didn't even turn on even after following step by step instructions, I hope this happens to the seller one day so they know how it feels to be let down on your birthday, I will never buy a phone from them again!!!!
