I am not a good cook. I find everyday cooking a very strenuous activity. The main reason for that is lack of proper measurements, without that my dishes taste horrible 90% of the time. Then I came across Preppy Kitchen. John has a knack to guide you through cooking which makes it impossible to spoil anything. Besides my son loves it. It's almost like the recipes are tailor made to suit his taste. I was already familiar with the recipes from YouTube. So buying the book was a way to show our love and appreciation to our favourite chef.Thank you John. The book is beautiful and I loved the pictures. I think I will buy the other book too. It's a nice change to get the recipes from the book.For those who are new, if you like western cuisine do give it a try. The recipes are easy to tweak according to the items in our local market and tastes really nice. Thank you John for sharing it with us.
