Overall protien powder is good but the foam creating is too much so think if you can and then buy

Fake claims
Was in love with the taste of the Protein, thanks to my CGM, I notices spikes in my sugar reading, and immediately sent the protein for lab test and my worst fear were confirmed, the protein content was only 30%, it mean in a scoop of 32 GM, it has less than 10G protein, rest all was sugar in form of Maltodextrin....Plz understand guys, pure protein will not mix easily, u will have lumps if u use cod water , also the protein will be extremely sticky .....Any protein that tastes good should be avoided, u cannot have a really good tasting whey protein....
