Left trigger broke
My left trigger broke just from normal use. I never slam my controllers and take good care of them. I use the left trigger for boost in Rocket League and mid game the left trigger collapses into the controller and started to get stuck! I thought something got jammed in it or it popped out of place, but then the trigger fell out. I had the controller for about six weeks so I was pretty disappointed it broke so soon. The quality feels high so I think it's some kind of factory defect and I was unlucky. The seller offered to replace it for free.UPDATENow my right trigger broke on the replacement controller. I do not recommend this controller. There is definitely a defect in it's design.Otherwise the controller itself is really good. The buttons, sticks, triggers, bumpers, etc... all feel good to use and it has great grip.

poor model
As a previous kk2 pro user which I would give a 5 star review the new modle feels alot cheaper. the triggers need be secured or just use the the old ones some thing is way way wrong and is not good business modle to make a controller worse with newer versions.

Favorite controller with some issues
I got this because I was hoping to get a nice all arounder controller that I could play with emulators, and my switch without having 2 controllers at my desk. The initial impressions were very positive, but day by day, I could feel the controller wearing down. I figured it was just getting broken in, but after playing about 150 hours of monster Hunter (I main hammer, and hold the right trigger often), this controller just couldn't stand the test of..... About 3 months. As nice as this controller felt out of the box, I can't recommend it of it's not going to even last a single year, let alone 5+ like a Sony, Xbox, or Nintendo first party controller will. Pretty disappointing.Update: After working with customer service, they were able to send me out a replacement part. While I'm very happy to have the controller back, I can't help but shake the feeling this issue is going to persist again in the next three months. Only time will tell. Until then, updated review to be 3 stars instead of 1 star.

Durability Issues
The controller is lovely when I had it up and running. Then the trigger broke so they sent me a new trigger, which is not the most simple repair. I only had the controller for a brief time too, shame.

Good controller, but right trigger failed in 1 month.
I like the controller, cost, and all the customization. However the triggers seem to be a weak spot. The right trigger just failed and I've had the controller just over a month. So I can't return it.

Left Trigger Broke After a Month of Use
Just got this controller in November and after a month of regular use the left trigger broke. The plastic snapped and the trigger fell in.It doesn't matter how good the joysticks are when the trigger breaks after a month.I have been a big supporter of these controllers. I always recommend these. After this probably not anymore

Terrible Experience Similar To Many You Can Find In Google
Left trigger broke just outside of return period, 100% manufacturing defect. Tried contacting custtomer support like I read on reddit but they did not respond. So literally I cannot get a replacement trigger, there is no way if Gulikit simply does not respond to you. Zero trust with you now.

Build quality sucks
Gulikit is a trash brand as far as longevity… I have gone through 3 controllers, and 2 DIY hardware replacements (trigger, and motherboard replacements) they sent in less than a year with normal use… my stock Xbox series controller has been going strong with even more use with 0 issues for almost 5x longer period of time. The trigger replacement lasted slightly longer than the first time but broke again and it is not even worth the time of asking them to send a replacement anymore
