I love it .. I got one, members of my family and friends got it too. Remember guys this is near infrared so don’t expect to have a lot of heat. Use it with methylene blue … it’s amazing. Do your research to learn more.

Very bad
I expected more; it's completely useless. The red light is not red light therapy and doesn't produce any heat. It's only a piece of plastic plate and the red lamps are not effective at all.

Relaxing
I love how much range is covers … the light is very relaxing . I don’t see much skin benefits after using it for month but it does help relax before bedtime
