Treats idiopathic blood pressure. My husband (in his 20's) took one capsule by mouth in the morning, and one capsule by mouth at night. His blood pressure lowered from 147/90 to 130/90 within the first month. After the first month, levels became 120/80 consistently to this day. He has used it for 2 years. Makes one feel mildly relaxed initially in treatment, but this side effect (which is very tolerable) decreases within the first 2 weeks. I am so happy my husband does not take any pharmaceuticals, because they do not treat the underlying cause of blood pressure, produce many uncomfortable side effects, and do not work very well.

I no longer purchase supplements since they don't perform as advertised. I am concerned, too, about the effect of binders and other ingredients in my digestive tract.
