I will start with why I deducted 1 star. If you are someone who like to sleep in 100% darkness then this is definitely not for you. Even at the lowest setting it emits enough light to wake me up for at least 5-10 seconds and I am a moderate to heavy sleeper. It might even wake you up completely if you are just trying to get a glimpse of the time while rolling over and if you are a light sleeper.When I was considering whether I should return it, I didn’t want to because (here’s why it’s 4 stars) it is very well built and easy to operate. I didn’t even have to use the manual to understand the controls. Plus it as a long cable which is great because I have hung it on a wall (which I feel is a great option).Here’s what I did, cut out an old laptop privacy screen guard and wrapped it with red plastic double layer and stuck it on the screen with a 2 sided tape and it worked like a charm!

I didn't buy this as an alarm clock, I am using it in my TV room as a clock that sits on the TV stand. When we got rid of the cable box we missed having a clock in the room, so it works great for this purpose. The large white numbers are very easy to see from across the room. I wouldn't recommend it in a bedroom though, even on the dimmest setting it is extremely bright at night.

The clock seems ok, however I bought it thinking it was Black...all the pictures show a Black clock. The stand the cable...all black. The one I got is White. I planned on putting this in my Tool box at work, which is Black. This thing is going to look like crap in there. Misleading pictures.

this is a great clock I needed something I could see at night with out my glasses and was bright and could charge my phone with and this meets all of those needs I noticed on the back you can mount to the wall if you needed more space.

we could not read the cable box time, so this was a good choice for us- easy to see, but NOT easy to set up-several steps, several buttons, but set up and DONE.

Large numbers to see across a large room. Bright display that acts as a nightlight. Internal battery keeps time displayed so no need to keep reseting the time after a power outage.

Although a battery comes with the clock, it does NOT work with the battery along. you always have to plug the UBS code in order for the clock is on. what is the battery for?

Works as intended. The big bright light iluminates my living room at night just enough to see objects. It does not bother my eyes
