Sounds way better than it is
Software upgrade will not work that came with package. Slow...not sure why...15 year old hp processes faster . Cannot pull emails....due to new browser time outs. Paid a premium...for a run of the mill.

Defective item; refund required Amazon intervention
I’m leaving this review to help future buyers understand what the post-purchase experience may be like. The PC I received developed a hardware defect (abnormally loud fan noise) shortly after delivery. Dell Technical Support confirmed the fan was defective. The seller attempted a repair by sending a replacement fan, but Dell advised that the part was not identical and that using it could void the manufacturer warranty. The seller then agreed in writing to accept the return and issue a full refund, and I returned the PC using the seller-approved process. However, only a partial refund was initially issued, with a significant restocking fee withheld. Amazon later confirmed that the restocking fee should not have been applied for a defective-item return. Resolving the remaining refund required many repeated follow-ups and escalation through Amazon, and ultimately took over three months to fully resolve before the remaining balance was refunded. While the seller did eventually agree to the return, the overall resolution process for a defective item was far more time-consuming than expected.

Full of junk
The physical product was fine. Getting it was a hassle. Once I booted up, I found different versions of software for different countries and languages. Luckily I'm smart enough to know how to uninstall it. I felt like I was buying an e machine from 2000 pre installed with a bunch of junk. Will not buy from this vendor again.

Dell won't stand behind their warranty. Worthless computer. My old TRS-80 worked better.
Bought this computer along with all the Pro Support and warranty stuff. Another $441 on top of the price of the computer. HORRIBLE. Random failures. Locks up repeatedly. Dell blames Microsoft 365. Microsoft blames Dell. Over 20 calls to both companies trying to get it to work correctly. Dell finally replaced the processor (i7), 32 GB RAM, and the solid state hard drive. It still locks up requiring all the software to be reloaded twice in 6 months, I had to wipe the drive and re-install windows. DO BUSINESS WITH SOMEONE ELSE. DELL JUST KEEPS MAKING EXCUSES, AND I LOSE BUSINESS, BECAUSE MY HIGH END COMPUTER DOESN'T WORK.
