I used to love those really fluffy pillows - you know, big in the middle, not so big on the sides. I was younger with no neck or back issues. I start on my back and move to my side so I needed it the opposite of how those big fluffy ones are configured.So I bought a bunch of pillows and tested them all for a few nights each and the Epabo one was a clear winner. It has a low neck profile for back sleeping and head support, and when you roll over, there's a good separation to lift your head and allow for shoulder width.So a couple years later, I realized I needed a new pillow - and thought I'd try the latex pillows. You can add, remove and they really flex and retain their shape well, so all that seemed attractive over the Epabo memory foam.Except it wasn't. My next hurt with both of those. Even my chiro was wondering about the change bc over a short period of time, even using my occipital block, my neck was so sore on each side just under the skull and it was difficult to turn my head easily without a bit of pain.So I bought the Epabo again. BINGO! No more neck pain. When it's time for a new pillow again, I'll just buy the Epabo straight away

Today is 5/16/25 and my pillow came yesterday 5/15/. I'm happy with my new pillow.I've been having problems the last few months with a pinched nerve in my neck where the pain would radiate in my chest because of poor posture and bad pillows. I would stuff two pillows under my head that were no good and that added to the pain.After scrolling here on Amazon for pillows that support head and neck then reading reviews I finally landed on this pillow. There were a few negative reviews but honestly sometimes a not so good product slips by.Where I was sold was when I watched a young gentleman demonstrate a couple of these pillows. I figured I'll take a chance even though another gentleman was disappointed and tossed the pillow on the floor. I thought to myself I'll still take a chance.I'm glad I did! I bought the queen size one but I should've bought the standard but onward, the pillow was easy to use and there was no smell to it. After about 45 minutes the pillow fluffed up. It's firm but soft if that makes sense? It cradled my head and supported my neck. The shape is great and very comfortable and a great fit.While lying on it for a couple of hours my neck pain started to subside and when I fell asleep I slept the whole night. Upon waking this morning my neck pain is gone! It's worth the investment! Plus it is easy to wash just follow the instructions. This is my favorite pillow I love the shape and design! Truly awesome!

I've been obsessed with my pillow since I got it. I now bring it everywhere I go with me, because the one time I tried not doing that I woke up with a stiff neck that lasted for 2 weeks. It's helped my breathing, my snoring has been nearly eliminated, and I don't wake up with headaches or develop them during the day nearly as often. I tend to suffer from chronic fatigue that's bad enough that I've been diagnosed with idiopathic hypersomnia, and I've actually had mornings where I've woken up feeling refreshed and gotten through the day with no need for stimulants since sleeping on this pillow. No more stiff neck or sore shoulders. The only complaint I've had since the beginning is that I seem to be highly allergic to the material it's made of, so in addition to the cover it comes with, I've added 2 allergy covers (one wasn't enough), a regular pillowcase, and my satin pillowcase. This blocks the material enough that I don't wake up sneezy and itchy eyed. I also know I have an allergy to some types of memory foam; I have a similar (though less intense) reaction to my LoveSac SuperSac.That being said, I've been sleeping on it for about 15 months, and the last week or so I have been waking up with neck and shoulder pain, and awoken to my own slight snoring as I fall asleep. I have regularly changed and washed the pillowcases and given it time to breathe. I'm not sure if there's something I can do to restore it or what the life of the pillow is, but the price I paid is higher than the current price, so I expected it to last longer than 15-16 months. Maybe that was a silly expectation.

I know some of the videos say that its not as it was announced, some ever throw the pillow to the ground, I left the pillow on a flat surface for 2 days and it became the shape that it was advertised in, im tired of crunching up pillows do that they can lift up my head perfectly, this pillow does the job. It fits my shoulders perfectly when i lay on my side.
