loved it, sturdy
It’s sturdy, easy to install, and fits securely and great quality. The grip is comfortable and doesn’t slip during exercises. Great for pull-ups. Overall, strong quality and excellent value for the price.

Decent for the price, but with a few drawbacks
Overall, the Power Tower is good quality and works fine for my needs. I’m 5’7”, and the height is decent for pull-ups and dips, though it does feel a bit small and somewhat restricted. Taller users (around 6 feet or more) might find it too short for comfortable pull-ups. My main complaint is the resistance bands. The “resistance” bands at the top are basically just handles with no actual resistance, and the ones at the bottom are very light—probably the lowest level possible. They feel fragile and a bit slippery, like they might snap under much pressure. Aside from that, assembly was straightforward, it’s space-saving, and sturdy enough for light to moderate workouts. Just don’t expect strong resistance or a wide pull-up grip.

Gets it done for cheap
For the price you can't beat it. I can do dips and pull ups and I'm near 190lbs. There is a bit of wobble but totally functional. Don't buy for the resistant bands they aren't useful

Easy to build, works great
Only took about 30 minutes to put together and it's great that it's sizes so it fits my 11-year-old and me! It's a great all-in-one machine.

Solid Standalone Pull-Up Bar (Ignore the Extras)
This Power Tower is a great, sturdy piece of equipment. If your door frames are not sturdy enough for a mounted bar, this is the perfect, safe alternative for pull-ups and dips. The main steel frame is solid and handles bodyweight exercises well. However, the extra included resistance items (the "pull strings") are completely useless and poor quality. Buy it strictly for the frame. Bonus Use: It’s also surprisingly effective for drying towels when not in use. A great value buy for the core unit alone.

Money well spent.
When I ordered it. It came on time. was easy to put together and I have been using it every time I workout. It's very sturdy but you still need weights to hold it down from tipping when workout
