Got me out of trouble !
Washed my teenagers new top with his new work uniform and the black dye went over everything and the colour catcher sheet was so black it couldn’t catch anymore and his new top had streaks of black all over it . Thank fully I kept it in water for 3 days waiting for this product to arrive as all the shops locally didn’t stock it and it worked amazing ! I then found out it wasn’t my sons new top he had borrowed it from his best friend 😳 . Now I always have a spare in the cupboard .

HJA sellers awful customer service.
Seller refused to refund. The product did not perform as it stated but stained the white tees. It is a school sports Tees. I have to fork out and purchase new ones to replaced the ruined ones. The seller provided a poor customer service. Finally Amazon customer service refunded the money in full under their A-Z guarantee scheme. Their refund policy states within 30 days even when the product is used or not, full refund. I bought this item only a 4-5 days ago!. Seller asked me to send the item back. How can a customer send the item back, when he/she used it and found out the product did stain the clothes. That's the seller's response. Amazon valued the customer and under their A-Z guarantee scheme and refunded in full. Never buy from this seller any items.

Very promising results
You'll be buying this because you have a problem. Having used it once I'm pretty sure it would resolve most mixed wash accidents IF used correctly. That's to say correct temperature and dilution as per the instructions but the duration of soaking is the variable that seems to count and you won't know the best approach unless you've experimented. I'd put a red wine coloured jumper, fairly old, into a mixed wash at 40C. Jeans and stuff were fine apart from the internal pocket linings coming out pink. A light grey jumper was my worst victim, also came out pink plus an old bright yellow yellow tea towel and some white dish cloths very pink. An old navy blue T Shirt was fine except the white collar was pink. I washed the grey jumper and yellow tea towel again right away at 40C with no powder and some colour catcher papers. No effect. Did my research, ordered this product and left everything soaking in a bowl of cold water for 2-3 days until it arrived. So, 6 litres of 42C water in the bowl (it'll drop a little when you add the wet items and you're aiming for the temp specified on the clothing label), dissolve the product and I put in the grey jumper and yellow tea towel as my priority items. I planned to leave it overnight but happened to look in after 5.5 hours and the job was clearly done. Colours appeared normal so rather than risk fading or worse I rinsed these thouroughly and left them in cold water the rest of the night. A regular machine wash in the morning brought the colour, shade, everything about the grey jumper back to normal as good as new. The old yellow tea towel however had faded to a paler yellow but still a good result. Once these had been taken out the solution I added the navy T shirt and dish cloths for the rest of the night in the now cold and used solution. Cloths came out perfect white, T shirt is still bleeding colour into cold water now, although the white collar is fixed I'll consider it a write off. It looks marbled and blotchy but in fairness is very old. So in summary if you follow the instructions carefully and keep checking how you're getting on you should be onto a winner. I suspect overnight will be too long in many cases and you'll potentially fade the original colour too. So start in the morning (you can keep the damaged items in cold water for days like I did) and keep checking. Good luck! :)

Miracle restorer
This product is flipping amazing! I had ruined my son's favourite limited edition t-shirt when it ended up in the wash with a purple outfit and came out pink. I was upset, he was upset, I'm sure even the dogs were upset. I tried soaking it in a diluted solution of bleach and vinegar. It did nothing, then I tried soaking it twice in a dylon whitener and stain remover - that made no difference either. I was totally disheartened but thought I would try Dr Beckmann colour run remover. I had read some reviews where the remover had ruined clothes but I figured that this t-shirt was already ruined, the printed section on the front was a plastic based decal, maybe it would be ok. I used half the powder in the sachet and 3ltrs of hot water for the one t-shirt. I couldn't believe it: right before my eyes the pink started to fade away and the printed decal was unaffected. I left it to soak for 4 hrs and after it was washed it looked better than it had done before I "ruined" it, the decal colours were brighter and the shirt looked really clean. I Definitely recommend that you buy this. It's not particularly cheap but worth every penny. Do do a colour check on a little corner before you put the whole garment in to soak. I just wish I had thought to take a before photo.

Works like magic
So I did the classic red t-shirt white towel job and husbands short and a white and coloured baby grow all came out pink. So got this turned up small box but I tell you what as soon as I poured it in the bowl and added the clothes the towel went white within seconds, I left it to soak for an hour box recommended 4 but as.kune was a small load and worked so quick it didn't need the whole 4 hours. Put through wash after and came out like new! Highly recommend. Must say Dr beckhams has always been a go to for washing machine cleaner so knew this would be good but didn't think it would work that quick! Defo saved my laundry.

Rubbish!
I used to use this a lot years ago and it was great. Bought this time as couldn't source any in shops. Used to soak a white t shirt. Looks worse now than before soaking. Total waste of money and time!
