It works! Follow instructions + topical nail varnish
All images with yellowing in the nail is the infection I've had for about 12 months with just using 'nailer', the nails were brittle, often cut at funny angles so they didn't catch and break further. All images where the nails are white is after a months use of the nail light plus using nailer twice a day, so in conjunction together. The nails are fully formed again, original shape and the loss of skin under my index finger is starting to re attach. You can also see the middle finger had speckles of infection throughout it and now are nearly gone. Really happy with the purchase and will continue to use over the coming months till all nails are clear. I will say the battery only lasts for maybe 4/5 nails - 7minutes a time and needs re charging so be prepared for that but it's a small device and doesn't take long to re charge. I'd recommend this in conjunction with a topical anti fungus nail varnish twice a day plus the nail light.
