Bought this on a lark just out of curiosity. Wow. Premium single variety olive oil that lives up to its price and description. Certainly not a cooking oil but for anything else...heck yes! Already used up almost half the bottle and will definitely buy more. This is one that is going to be a cupboard standard. Peppery, grassy, olivey.....just all around delicious.

This is a delicious buttery flavored EVOO. It's very expensive, though I think it's worth it (except we can no longer afford it personally)... We used it for making a cake, cooking my eggs in the a.m., and in Salads (tuna, chicken) when a lighter flavor is desired.

We use this for salads and we do not cook with it. it is mild, but full of flavor.
