Unfortunately despite an expected arrival date of 7-9th, I was still chasing up the item on the 12th. Because the item had no tracking no., the lady at Ferris Music was unable to help, despite a valiant and very helpful attempt. When it did arrive, I found it extremely heavy - 3 1/2 pounds heavier than my two individual cases together. However it is exactly the 3.8kg. that was stated. It looks very nice with the plush lining, and the music pocket is a good size.
