****Update**** This machine is crap, utter crap. I finally got the machine running smoothly after replacing the print head and damper. Only ro have the power completely shut down mid print and not come backnon. After being forced to download WhatsApp to chat with someone in China i was put in touch with tech support, who says the mother board, print head and ribbon are all bad. I requested replacement parts and was told I could purchase them from China. Mind you thentiny booklet I received with the machine said it has a 1 year warrenty in non-disposable parts. I believe this falls under that category. I've sent the tech support my order number and he says he will speak to the sales manager.Time will tell...This machine works beautifully, my issue is with the software that is supplied with the machine. It is AcroRip version 9, which is no longer supported by the manufacturer. The most current version is AcroRip 11.3, I am very frustrated with the lack of software support.Edit: Still a good enough machine, still VERY frustrated with the software. I was able to get it work for 2 prints the way I wanted it to. Then I walked away for a night and the very next day, with the sae setting as before, I couldn't get anything to print the way I wanted. The software SUCKS and needs to be tossed out the window. Why is it the machine is 2K and comes with VERY out dated software that isn't supported or updated?

I’m not going to go to bad. All I need to say is don’t buy this printer the software that goes with it is don’t know how to put in words just be really careful if you do decide to buy the Printer try to use different software, which I don’t let you. And if you want to return the printer one day later, they try to threaten you that you cannot and if you still do, you will only get back 20%, which is totally outrageous and unfair and wrong in every aspect Very disrespectful sales rep there is just so many problems please just go to different company. Do not go through the hassle. I am going through and I’m pretty sure I am not the first one and I’m pretty sure there is good things but really do not see none basically, they force you to keep the printer and not give you your money back when you have 30 days to return, but they do not go with their process too bad you cannot use other software. Maybe it would be better. I just do not want nobody to go through what I’m going through and lose your money.

I saw the reviews for this printer after I had already purchased it. I brought this printer last year in November. However, I didn't get around to setting it up until yesterday (May 4, 2025. The dampers would not pull ink or prime. I contacted the seller and they responded promptly. However, I had gotten it to work right after I contacted them. So, far the printer is preforming well with the exception of the paper feeder but I think it is an alignment issue that I need to take care of. Also, the RIP Software dud not work but I had another on hand and it worked. The printer does print a little slow but it is not an industrial printer so that is expected. I just pray the printer last! I think it is a good idea to have spare parts on hand such as printhead, dampers, and waste tank assembly. Because they seem to fail often on dtf printers.

I purchased this printer and it was delivered Sept 10 2024. The software was garbled and confusing where the installation instructions did not match the software found on the jump drive. The tech support answered my statements on amazon and setup a WhatsApp test message communication. Needless to say the printer started having problems within a week of use and require flashing of the EEPROM. We texted and shared videos of the printer for them to determine the flashing was required. The problem continued to reoccur.. where the printer finally stopped working on Oct 10th. I began again to correspond with tech support which pleas wait a minute. I have not been able to raise them in whatsapp from that point. Warning.. do not buy a printer that does not have a operations manual and maintenance manual.. trying to piece the garbled information on the jump drive that is mixed Chinese and English’s whereas impossible to read and you will be depended on the WhatsApp text only since phone wise there would some translations issues.

The media could not be loaded. Well after spending over 2k on this stupid printer-it has had 3 print head replacements already even after being used regularly. Now it just throws a code 24/7. I can’t get any customer support, it’s a joke. They are never around to help. So now I have a 2k piece of junk just sitting here. Don’t waste your money.

The printer has never worked . I have been in touch with the company that makes it . They sent some parts to fix it and it didn’t fix it . I keep getting the run around from them . I need this resolved. I am sitting on a 2000. 00 dollar machine that doesn’t work . I have records of all of the communication with the company if needed.
