UPDATE - seller saw my review and immediately contacted me to send a replacement which I received a couple days later. I charged the new fan and it works great. The timing was perfect as I went to my daughter's tennis match the same day where the temps were about 95 degrees in the sun. After using it on and off using varying speeds for about 90 minutes it only dropped one bar of charge (out of 4) and not entirely. As one who needs a fan to keep cool this is exactly what I was looking for. Every so often a faulty item makes its way past quality control but the customer service made it a moot point.Original Review:Fan came partially charged and showed great promise. I plugged it in to charge fully, came back after less than an hour and the charging wire was hot and when I unplugged the charging base I noticed an electric burning smell coming from the power bank. Apparently the power bank is faulty and no longer has the ability to power anything. I tested the fan in a portable charger and the fan works fine. But with no base the fan is useless and getting returned.

The USB feature allows to have the fan disconnected for both separate use from another power bank or USB port in a computer(it may be loose in the computer port and require bracing).The fan is durable and well protected from damage, debris, and fingers.Then you have a rechargeable battery bank that quickly will recharge your devices in a pinch that is small and easy to slip into your pocket.These work great for at home use, on the go, baby rooms, heat waves, and my personal favorite....... A home/car blackout kit. Power outages car occur anytime and both a fan and/or extra juice for a phone would be helpful.Extra: if you have a USB power flashlight or bulb, this would also work for extra camp/tent lighting.A must have. I bought this on a well targeted notification for a lightning deal and took it to the beach with me this weekend. It was very hot out but that fan made life so much more pleasant. Everyone was jealous of my fan and wanted their own. It's very powerful, the multiple speeds were really nice. I love that you can use the battery as a charger. My only complaint is that its a little too heavy to sit upright without the charger stand and it would be nice to set it on the table facing you without having to use the charger too. Otherwise, I absolutely love this fan. I'll be taking it to all my travels in warm places for the foreseeable future.

This fan puts out a great amount of airflow for such a small fan. The mobile side is great and it works really well for a personal fan. The small things I would change is when you are turning it off if you didn't have to cycle through higher and higher fan strengths until it goes off. And if you had the capability when it is in its base on your desk to either extend it a little taller in the base or tilt the fan to be able to have the airflow hit you in the face and not your shoulders. For a small fan this really surprises you with the power and how nice it looks and I am very happy with that.

Right now I’m loving this, sturdy...will stand on its own, quiet, and numerous fan speeds! Comes with base charger, which adds greatly to its stability. I’ve been keeping it on my bedside table for quick cool downs during our nonstop heatwave.PS: still love it!! Husband has been using it in non- air conditioned classroom in the heat index 100 degrees. He still drips sweat, but is grateful that we bought it! Forgot to Submit, it’s 1/2 year later, fan still going strong. It’s now my husbands, and he uses it daily in overheated classroom

Great and strong portable fan! It has multiple speeds and it’s a perfect personal fan. Will definitely come over n handy this summer while I’m out. The quality is top quality. Doesn’t look like it’s cheaply made.

I LOVE this fan!! I went to the state fair and it was super hot out...this fan was a life saver. It has multiple speeds and it was easy to find a setting that would feel good for cooling me down. I love that it is rechargeable so I don’t have to burn through batteries. I used it for many hours at the fair and the battery lasted all day.

Lightweight & powerful. Perfect for when you’re standing in line at Disneyland or just having hot flashes! I like that there isn’t any batteries to worry about. Charges like your phone- very simple!
