Shockingly good

Good replacement pads, easy to replace and use, the one side of them is stickier than the other. The instructions state blue side down ...but there must have been a mix up at the factory as this was the wrong way and the electrodes refused to stick to skin for long. Flipped em over and problem solved. They don't seem to last that long on the arm electrodes compared to the abs ones, they lose their sticky alot sooner. You do get quite a few in the pack which is a plus.

I dint known if it works. Tried it and it dies make the muscles contact and has a wide settings range. I cant say its bad or good as I dont know if it actually does anything.

Easy to use change , good value for money

Utterly useless. They did not stick to my body with the pads just dropping off. Do not buy. I just bought some Oselee ones, which appears identical, but seem to be only slightly more sticky. Be wary. I wanted to give 0/5, but this site will not let me
