Delivered fast. Keeps water cold and the bag it came with is a plus.

Dirty and moldy
Relieved dirty inside with what looked like Mold on the bottom. The extra seals were nasty dirty. Seems like I got a used return.

Process
Product arrived. Not happy with the seals on the lid. Yes a replacement was sent as well. I still can’t drink out of it as the metallic taste & ? From the poison packet that was inside the container. Why would that be needed when it’s a wellness drinking product? Still cleaning and processing to get it to a clean taste with my filtered water. So pricey for all of this! I’ll buy in person next time.

My copper container is nice but...
The media could not be loaded. I 😘 ve the copper container, it like oka very well made and it came with an extra gasket. The carrying bag came zipped with no zipper! That's the reason I dropped a star.

There is no bag with this product
The reason I bought this is because there is a carrying bag pictured with all the bottles. This did not come with a carrier bag. I hike a lot and like to have something to carry my water bottle so it’s easily accessible and not shoved in a back pack. The water bottle itself is a nice design. I’m disappointed.
