There are not many choices for this model Dyson SV12. So this product might be the best choice for replacement I can find.

Great extension wand for my Dyson V12 Slim
I got this as a replacement wand for my Dyson V12 slim vacuum. I love that. I have this replacement because I use my Dyson every day and An unfortunate incident in the garage involving my car at my original wand has resulted in me needing a new one! With that said this one is great… Fits perfectly with my Dyson B12 slim I couldn’t be any happier. I must say I gave this only four stars versus five simply because in all the pictures it appears like there was two other attachments. It turns out those pictures. are simply trying to show the end of the extension wand. It is simply just the extension wand stick and nothing else.
