Great product
I liked that it added more resistance to my booty sprout machine. It was like adding another plate weight to a barbell and placing it on youre lap while doing dips. It did what it was suppose to do. I love it!

Accurate Description but Very Uncomfortable to Use
Great resistance but bc it's so tight, it cuts into your hips a lot! you need a tower or a buffer to avoid pain
