The tea is in a brown bag, with a picture of the lemon balm leaves on the front. It also states how to prepare and the benefits. Upon opening, which can be resealed, the bag is full of dried parts of the leaves, broken in small pieces.To prepare, it says use 1-2 teaspoons, and to brew in hot water for 5-10 minutes. I used the 2 teaspoons for 10 minutes. After straining, of which hardly any pieces made it through, it has a gentle lemon taste with a very slight hint of mint. It’s a lovely amber colour as well, and very clear.Best Before date at the time of this review is 07 July 2027.

The lemon balm is nicely packed in resealable pouch. I have used lemon balm before and this one is a very good quality. A teaspoonful steeped on hot water makes a refreshing drink.
