It's sublingual but there so nutrient packed I chew up for a sec. Then put under my tongue and dissolve. Or IL break up a little and add to lil orange juice to help it dissolve faster or sometimes i don't. But order ten packs u can never have enough of this stuff and at this price get ten for the whole family. Lift the veil it's time the nutrients alone in arnica wow .

Work excellent for injury. We used these on racehorses decades ago. Plastic surgeons also use them after surgery because takes bruising down several notches. Take a few before surgery and after surgery take for about a few days. I used these for an injury and I was really swollen and bruised. They made a big difference, faster healing time.
