Solid replacements for Costco Sonoma 27
Like many others, i have a stainless steel Costco grill from the late 2000s. While the outside cleans up to near new due to the high quality stainless steel, the internals do not last - which is normal for consumer level grills.I have been replacing my internals approximately every two years for around this price for approx 10 years. Years ago when i first replaced the internals they would have to be ordered from an appliance site and were near $100. Since then several sellers offer these on Amazon. Now, i swear these are thinner material than oem and early aftermarket replacements, but what are you gonna do?The grill cleans up so nice this cost every few years is worth it to me. I will add, after several swaps of the ignitors along with wires, i gave up on replacing those and bought an electric long lighter. I think it may be the actual switch unit but wasnt sure and didnt want to spend thw money to find out. Works fine lighting manually.

This part fit my Costco Sonoma Grill model SGIR27LP though it was not listed
I'm very happy with the parts and it fit my SGIR27LP Sonoma Grill perfectly. It seems to be a good product at a very good price. It enabled me to rebuild my grill for under $40 and I will probably get 3-5 more years out of it. I've owned the grill for 14 years and this will give it more life yet.

This is 2nd time purchasing this Burners & Heat Plate Combo Set.
My last set lasted almost two years. The last two pictures are what I bought on June 9th, 2018.As you can see, in two years it disintegrated pretty badly. And I live in Los Angeles ʘ_ʘIt's easy to install. As long as you take off front and rear brackets. As you can see in my pictures I had to replace all the screws. They rust and break off.Stainless screws are cheap enough.Although it shows that my unit doesn't fit on Amazon but as long as the model number is SGR27LP, it fits.I bought my Sonoma from Costco about 16 years ago.Original burner lasted over 10 years but these burners are made with inferior metal.I can't complain...What are my other options?Buy a brand new BBQ Grill for $600 or spend $32 fix it and use it for two more years. The Center burner was hotter than two sides but my first batch of Korean BBQ turned out amazing.

cross bar that holds the igniting electrons are too far away to light the burners
crossbar that holds the igniting electrodes is way to faraway to light the burners. It should be 1/4" and it's about 1"

If the burner dont fit, you must get out the angle grinder
Replacement for a Old SS Sold at Costco Somoma CGR30 Grill.Had to modify just about every aspect of this replacement burner in order to get it to fit into the grill. The 3 slotted holes to mount the burner do not line up with the factory locations. I used a step drill bit to open them up. The end that inserts into the burner orifice is too tight of a fit with the mesh screen being the main interference. The original screens are mounted on the outside of the burner tube while this on is on the inside. The cross bar that holds the igniters to mounted too far away from the back bar to effectively ignite the grill. This wasn't initially a problem for me because i have been using a lighter for years to light the grill. However it is a problem if you want to mount the bottom heat spreader shields. they rely on this bar being in the correct location. I had to cut out a significant chuck of the bar on both sides to create clearance for the shields to sit flat. Doing this also obliterated the mounting location of the spark igniters.Other than that the burner does make flame. The burner holes are round while the original had tall rectangle shaped ones. I'm not sure if this effects performance, but I did notice the flame is noisy compared to the original. Bottom line is this is a clone burner that was recreated from a bad cell phone picture and measurements taken with a broken tape measure. You can make it "work" but don't expect to be able to drop it in without power tools.

Fit my Sonoma cgr30
Arrived on time the parts fit correctly and work well the only reason I didn't give five stars is haven't it long enough to see how long they will last but two months of grilling and so far so good
