What an upgrade!!
Love this chair. I purchased it as I have to do a lot of heavy labour and I struggle sometimes with back pain. My old chair didn't offer the level of comfort or support that I needed when working out of my office for long hours.This chair is amazing. I was limited with my budget so didn't want to go to crazy and this fit the bill perfectly. Being able to lift the arms is a very good feature and the whole build quality of the chair is excellent.

It DOESNT Lock in the lean back position!
Take note! It doesn't lock in the lean back position! if you like to sit bolt upright this is the chair for you! sure you can lean back, but its on a spring mechanism that will spring you back to the upright position with ease. nothing you do to try and stay leaned back will work unless you have a foot stall and use your muscles to keep you there.It is comfy. but you have to sit bolt upright at ALL times.

No quality control.
No screws, no castors and other missing parts. Obviously no quality control. Now I have to waste my time returning the thing.
