Amazon Basics 9-Piece Knife Set with Block, Black

Really good value for money! Nice quality set! great for a first home purchase/gift or just for those on a budget!

Great quality, reasonable price.

For the money they are excellent value, blades are sharp and I have been able to chop up veg into small cubes and have had no issues with meat either. A single high quality chefs knife would cost at least twice the price of this entire set and to be honest it does not really matter too much what knife you buy as they will only keep well if looked after properly. I protect the edges of the blades at all times by avoiding cutting through bones or coming into contact with anything other than what I want to cut and a wooden chopping board. The blades are still sharp after a couple of months use, but I am sure they would not be so so if I stuck them in the dishwasher or used them to cut bones on a marble chopping board. I also dry them immediately after hand washing and as a result I have not noticed any issues with rusting.

Nice quality knives and block aimed at budget users who just want sharp, well manufactured and comfortable to use products.

These knives and block are great value for money. I've worked in kitchens for 30 years, and these knives have ergonomic handles, and contain the necessary type of knives for any type of preparation. They have the right amount of weight, making them sturdy to use. Would recommend these.

They are very useful and high quality. The blades are ideally sharp, and I haven’t experienced any rusting or dulling so far

Very happy with this.

High quality great value set of knives and block a valuable addition to my kitchen

Just received this 9 piece set. Perfect! They have excellent weight and feel. I am very pleased. Feb 27, 2016 - These knives continue to impress me. I have been using them almost daily and am extremely pleased. They have held their sharpness. I still can't believe how inexpensive they were compared to the quality. Dec 13, 2016 - I have used these knives for a year now. They continue to perform extremely well. These are the best knives I have ever purchased! April 24, 2017 - It has been well over a year since I started using these knives. They are staying sharp with only the occasional need to use the supplied knife steel. I recently ordered a 1000/6000 Japanese sharpening stone and will see if I can put a razor like edge on the santoku knife.Don't get me wrong, this knife is already very sharp however I am interested in doing some very thin slicing and want to have an extra sharp razor edge and will need the stone to do it.

Ikea knives I had were dead a long time ago and I was desperately trying to extend their lives with sharpeners and stuff.. After I got this set, I threw them away.. Good sharp knives.

Amei o conjunto de facas. Robustas, afiadas, excelente compra

Etonnant !
