This one has got the addition of an 'organic' corn starch , so It's the closest to an 'organic' baking powder I've yet found !

Only problem is...
Great baking soda but took me forever to open.! Yikes to the packaging! Like who thought of it.. Other than that, the baking soda is great, clean, and free from aluminium, so what's not to like.. deserves 5 stars but 3 stars is for the packaging.
