I’m slicing up beef, thin on some of the tougher cuts and using this on it and it’s working just nicely

This thing is a beast, very well made and springy. I have never had a meat tenderizer and wanted to try one out. The ones I saw previously had thin blades, I like this one as it makes bigger holes in the meat. That being said my first try with it was with a Tritip. Tritip are pretty tough and this worked great. There were some spots I had to really press down hard but it still was able to pierce through the meat.After tenderizing I used my regular rub of Salt/Pepper/Garlic powder and let it sit in the refrigerator for about 5 hours before grilling. My Family said it was too salty/peppery. I didn't think I put too much rub on it and just used the same amount I usually do. Not sure if tenderizing the meat allowed more seasoning to penetrate the meat but I will try less seasoning next time. Usually you lose a lot of the seasoning when you do the sear, so maybe more of it penetrated due to the tenderizing.Overall very happy with this product.

Got this for my husband who loves to cook. It makes the steak much more tender and easy to cook for him. He also uses it to tenderize other meats he cooks. Very pleased with how it works.

I really like this meat tenderizer. It's all metal (that I can see) and feels way sturdier than the plastic versions that are sold elsewhere. It also comes with a little brush for easy cleaning. Glad I got this one.

This is made of stainless steel and is sturd y and penetrates the meat easily and comes with a cleaning brush. This tool tenderizes meat quite well and I am not sure what i did before using this excellent

I've been making country fried steak for longer than I'd care to admit. I always hated the tenderizing part of that - having to buy it already cubed from the butcher. After getting this little tenderizer tool, I'm going to be able to buy my beef without it going through the butcher's cubing machine. This works like a charm - I've tried it now on pork chops, chicken breast (I love what it does to chicken - allows it to draw up more marinade as well as tenderizing!) and round steak. It's a winner!

I had another type of meat tenderizer which unfortunately fell apart after a few uses. This seems better made, let’s hope it stands up to the test of time! Tenderizing meat makes a huge difference, especially if you are marinating the meat, always tastes so much better, and a lot softer. This is easy to clean, even comes with a little brush.
