Excellent product
I took a chance on this item because the shipping was going to be long, but I'm so glad I did. It is the only product like it on the market, and comes in at a very reasonable price. The parts are well packaged and survived a long trip across the pacific. The instructions are exclusively in Japanese, but quite easy to follow. The package includes a generous amount of hardware, with many installation variations considered. I am very satisfied with this purchase!

Wow
I have to say I was initially skeptical, but this is something that I was really looking forward to in order to upgrade my desk, set up and get my speakers floating, but not permanently fixed to a wall or have multiple monitor arms on my desk. I did upgrade my monitor arm for my Ultra Wide to accommodate the weight so keep that in mind. Otherwise, the product itself is amazing, materials are high-quality and strong, and have no problem holding the weight of your speakers. I would highly recommend this for anybody looking to clean up their desk set up while also placing their speakers at the perfect level for audio interaction.

Works, but has a couple issues
My relevant hardware:- MSI MAG 321UP monitor (32" flat QD-OLED monitor)- Edifier M60 speakers- Ergotron HX monitor arm (with heavy-duty tilt upgrade)First: I am an English speaker, and this is very much a Japanese product with instructions written in Japanese. Google Translate's camera function was very handy here - combined with the general simplicity of the product, I had no major issues with assembly. Some of the diagrams are a little small, so I've included a few photos that may help. With regards to the item itself - it came well-packed and the metal itself seems like it's great quality - not flimsy or sharp in any way.Out of the box, the Nagao Seisakusho NB-SPKR-VESA hardware will not work with this monitor as the mounting point of the monitor is too inset. I used a 'PAW International 1" Spacer' (effectively just a piece of plastic with VESA holes) to "extrude" the mounting point. I then used 45mm M4 screws to fasten the monitor arm + Nagao + spacer into the monitor. Also worth noting is that I combined this with a ' VIVO 16 inch Above/Behind VESA Monitor Shelf Mount' so that I could have a shelf behind my monitor to mount a webcam onto. Kinda tricky to get it all fastened at once with the rest of the hardware above, and took a bit of hacking around with spacers/washers to make it work, but seems to be holding up.Once it's all together, it looks really nice. The Edifier M60 speakers themselves fit *perfectly* on the Nagao's shelves. That said, there's a few drawbacks:1) The speakers wobble if my desk has much movement. This is likely due to how wide I have the stands set (as wide as they go to fit my 32" monitor) and the weight of my speakers (the Edifier M60s are fairly heavy). I found that using the more "centered" holes on the speaker shelves (picture included) reduced wobble, but it's still present.2) The weight of the speakers can also make getting the tilt a bit tough, sometimes creating a "see-saw" effect on the monitor.I'm still working on some cable routing, but pretty happy with how it's all coming together. It's really nice to reclaim some desk space, and to always have my speakers consistently oriented at me.I couldn't find anything else like this, so I recommend the Nagao Seisakusho NB-SPKR-VESA Speaker Stand in spite of the minor flaws. Solid product.
