Must-have in my fridge
For me, there's no comparison between this one and any other yoghurt out there. It only has 3 ingredients and no nasty stuff. The taste is rich and creamy. It's thick and solid and nothing like the runny, artificial-ingredients-packed other types of yoghurt. I use it everywhere, from adding fresh fruit, honey and cinnamon to it for a snack, to pasta or pizza sauces (great alternative for cream or sour cream), to bakes, to cakes. It adds flavour and fluffiness but no fats. I even add a little bit to my homemade pesto. It contains more protein than most yoghurts and less sugar. Between my partner and I we go through 2x500g containers every week. I've done some reading and it seems that Greek yoghurt has more benefits than any other yoghurt, I thoroughly recommend it.
