Absolutely Horrible – Received a Used, Broken Filter!
The media could not be loaded. This is by far the WORST experience I've had with any aquarium product. I ordered a brand new water filter for my fish tank, but what I received was a used, filthy, non-functional filter in pathetic condition. It was covered in grime and clearly not new – completely unacceptable!To make matters worse, the filter doesn't even work. No water circulation, no noise, nothing. It's just a dead piece of junk. Not functional putting the lives of my fish at serious risk. If even one fish dies, I will hold the seller/service provider completely responsible.This is negligence at its worst. Selling used and faulty equipment for aquariums is not just unprofessional, it's dangerous. Please think twice before ordering from this seller unless you want to risk the health of your aquatic pets.Not recommended at all. Zero stars if I could.
