For the price its superb - 3 Month Update
Update.*************After 3 months of use I can make a little update.. I am still perfectly happy with this phone, especially at the price. I am not a heavy phone user by any means, but my previous galaxy s9 would need recharging twice a day in its final months, when I bought it almost new it could not last above 30 hours without recharge. This phone with its 120w charger takes minutes to fully charge not hours, and on averge it is about 100 hours to got down to 20% from full.. I mostly use the phone for messaging, discord, telegram etc with a bit of browsing and camera use for photo and video. There are a few slightly annoying issues, the kb space key seems closer to the control buttons so I regularly hit home instead of space, I debloated it because as usual it was full of garbage that is of no use to me and after that I have to double tap to wake before pressing fingerprint, it is not as "polished" os wise as the samsung but thats nothing I cannot live with.I can say I am still pleased with the purchase, it does what I need it to do and does it pretty well.************The time had come where my galaxy s9 had to be on charge all the time and the battery was lasting maybe 4 hours if I used the screen at all, it had to go..A while back I got a Note 11 for a friend who wanted a cheap phone that would let her use messengers and browse faceache for the same reason, dead battery in her phone, and she raved about how long the battery lasted so I decided to try the note 13 pro.I must say at the start I used UAD-NG to debloat it, there is a lot of crap pre installed that you dont need or want which will all use battery, 136 pieces of it! I would strongly advise you google UAD-NG and clean it out ;)Anyway.. Battery life.. I am not a heavy user, mostly messaging, discord etc, and a bit of browsing, and I am running at about 52 minutes per 1% of battery! Thats pretty good for me!The camera is not amazing, I am a photographer so I dont expect any phone cam to be, I use my DSLR for photography and like probably 99% of people the phone camera is used for nothing more than snaps that are shared over messengers and faceache etc, for that purpose the camera is way more than adequate, its has 4 zoom levels and of course pinch and zoom right in.. even zoomed fully the images are good enough for the typical use. No complaints from me.The audio quality (speaker) is a bit lacking, but again its a £240 smart phone not a £1200 samsung, its not TERRIBLE but I have definitely heard better, and with headphones the sound is fine for my non hifi snobby ears, and who really listens to music without headphones anyway? The fingerprint reader appears to be on the ball, not had any failures, and its fast!.. the face recognition even faster, thats pretty much instant if you unlock the phone with face in view of the cam.***MEMORY*** there is information in the answers here that it does not have an sd card slot, well when I went to put in my sim there is an sd card space in the carrier and when I drop my 256gb sd in that the phone has all my photos and music on it and it tells me that there is a 256gb sd card installed and available, so I think that answer is not entirely correct :D I am quite happy I have 768gb now instead of the 512gb I thought I was getting XDAll in all its definitely a good value for money purchase, I can speak for the longevity of course, but I have had no issues with anything as yet. Its not as polished as a galaxy of course, but its polished enough for me, it does everything I need it to do, the battery life is good, and it is a fraction of the cost of the big boys flagships. I am more than happy I broke away from the big names.

Good, but came with a EU charger
As usual, Redmi seems to provide good quality for money. I just don't understand why my phone came with a EU charger, since I ordered it on Amazon UK... Also, Redmi still has those aggressive settings to save battery life, which makes it difficult for certain apps to provide real-time notifications. But you can work around those settings with a quick Google search.

Not a 5G model!
There is nothing at all wrong with this phone. However this particular model is the only version of the Redmi Note 13 pro range that doesn't have 5G. Yes, it has 4G, but if you need 5G don't buy this phone.
