If you want a nice entry level night vision then this is a great option. You can use this in the daytime or nighttime. It has a decent size screen and digital zoom. It utilizes IR light which can't be seen with the naked eye but illuminates out to a fair distance for the camera to be able to see. The operation is pretty intuitive and once you play with it a little you can control it in total darkness. It has varying degrees of infrared light to adjust your view as not to wash out the image. You can easily see out to 100 yards with these and would work great for anyone just wanting to monitor their property for intruders whether its the 4 legged or 2 legged. It does come with an sd card to record your findings although I haven't pulled anything off of it yet so I can't attest to the quality of the card. If you are looking to get into night vision this is a great and economical way to do it.

These lesser-known brands are getting cheaper and better every development cycle. Most will be very pleased if this is their first purchase for night vision 4k. Digital zoom is of course the only option on these cheaper models and really is the limiting factor over the high end real deals. I didn't like how the main description states 10x zoom... and it is only in their graphics that they state it is actually digital and not optical. Video leaves the most to be desired but still-photos look excellent, even in low light. I recommend a tripod if you are trying far away. I forgot to get the frame rate stats from captured video and was surprised they are not listed. I am fairly confident the 4k video is low frame rate as there was judder, maybe a faster SD card would help but the included one does work. Overall not too heavy and if anything feels a bit too light! The battery held its charge well while stored and the 2 year warranty gives me some confidence it will last.

The build on this device is really superb for this price point. the battery cam with about half charge. i charged it fully and wow the display is crisp and bright. The field of view is spectacular and the binoculars performed flawlessly in all modes. I have recorded with them and used them for wildlife observation for extended periods. Twice I have carried a power block as a backup but I'm yet to have to use anything other than the onboard power cell. The unit recharges readily and has always been back to full charge when I go to retrieve it. This device is used nightly on my property in rural KY forest and i give this set my highest and most enthusiastic recommendation.

Also made us more aware of the high coyote and racoon traffic we get directly outside of the cabin we previously never would have guessed at.Good battery life.Camera and video capabilities are actually very easy and fun.Nice

I have never used a pair of night Vision goggles before, so take that into account.This device is pretty easy to use. Everything is on a pretty simple menu. The menu navigation can be a little unresponsive, but it works well enough.The device itself is a lot lighter than I would have expected. Carrying this while hiking won't be too much of a burden. Definitely lighter than a pair of old, large binoculars.I do wish the screen brightness could be turned down even more than is allowed. When viewing the display outside at night, it still feels rather bright, even on the lowest setting. The good news is that the display can clearly be seen in the day time, even in the sun.It took at least a few hours to charge to full.The color vision when viewing at night, without the infrared, is just okay. Mostly, you will want to use black and white images with the infrared light on. Clarity of the images is pretty good, given you use the right settings for the environment.The zoom is pretty good, 10x. I wish the 1x zoom could be drawn back a bit more to be used for closer images, but this is not too big a deal. The focusing lens has good tunability to it to get just the right focus on a target.

This is a good IR binocular. It has good zoom. It has a "pointer" built in that works in IR to "mark" things. It "sees" nicely in almost pitch black. I live in the middle of nowhere so I have super dark darkness and I tested it on a target I have 100 yds away and it was easy to see. My only issue is that once I take mine above a 5X zoom, it gets super grainy and is then hard to make out specific objects. All in all, not too bad tho.
