Faulty never worked

This is a horrible product, I’ve used the candle bahkoor burners before and they were fantastic just disliked the idea of having to use candles so I decided to give this electric burner a chance. That was a total mistake, this thing burns the incense making it where all you smell is burnt ash and it only stays on for about 20 seconds at a time.Strongly advice against it

does not use resin. Bukhoor, scented wood, incense cones, bricks. The picture shows resin, Frankincense, myrrh, will melt.

It’s a great idea, unfortunately, it only turns on for a brief moment and you have to keep turning it on in order to get it to smoke a little bit. For whatever reason the incense doesn’t stick around much using this device and I’m using very high-quality, frank incense. Maybe if you didn’t have to charge it and also if it stayed on longer, it would be a better product. I can’t really recommend it I would say just save your money and get something that’s may be a plug-in; unfortunately those ones look cheap and gaudy.

I think it is the best way the burn oud wood to me the smell is better the only problem I would say is it burns fast but the smell is better and smell a lot better if u ask me I would say if u are burning Oud wood I would tell u to buy 1

This did not work at all!!! The burn coil never got hot enough! I’m so disappointed. It was an absolute waste of money.
