Got my dice wand just in time for a 3 hour micro DnD session, really enjoyed using it, definitely was the talk of the table. Dice results are well spread apart, was not consistently rolling high or low, it was a nice balance.The one thing slightly annoying about it was the loose fitting base when you placed the wand in it, it was decently wobbly, and would not fully stay balanced straight (would slightly lean to one side). The slight lean definitely affects the rolls. An example was when I spun the d12 it stopped on 11 and I was excited, but as soon as the spinner came to a full stop it immediately started to go back the other direction some, making my 12 into a 3 when is stopped fully.Even if holding it in your hand you need to keep it perfectly straight.However I was able to easily resolve this with Abit felt that has one side sticky, and padded the hole in the base with it. Now it fits nice and snug and stays straight when spinning.Overall I'm loving this dice wand so far, can't wait to use it again.

When I first received this, I immediately thought about Eddie Murphy's The Golden Child. Old movie, tons of fun.And that's what this unique wand dice is: tons of fun. It is well made, spins well and offers such a high-quality look to the gaming table! It takes a bit of getting used, but this really adds to the overall atmosphere on the gaming table.It's a decent price but more than basic dice, but well worth it!!

This is a really cool set of dice modeled as a wand. It’s more expensive than a normal metal set, and it takes a bit of getting used to in reading the numbers and remembering which die is which. But I love the look, and it’s a fun conversation piece. Sometimes you land between numbers and have to spin again, but I like using it.It comes in a nice box and would make a great gift for D&D fans or collectors.

First off, this wand is SO highly detailed and carved on every available inch. The top is covered with skulls and demon faces all around, all the way down to the tip of the tri-blade knife at the bottom. The stand is no different, but also hold the knife part very securely. One thing that took me a moment was to realize that there's no numbers on the dice wand, it uses a series of dots and dashes to represent all the numbers (one = dot, 5= dash; so dot dot dash would be 7).From top to bottom the wand has a d8 and a d4 on the top section, d10, d6 & d12, d10. Then the base is a d20 spinner.I will say that the sections spin VERY smoothly, which is great to fidget with, but it takes a long time for them to stop spinning on their own, so it's not really ideal for using at a table during a fast-paced game without everyone having to wait. However, I LOVE having this on my desk and is a great dice-related pice that I can have and fidget with!

As self-avowed dice goblin, I have to say this is one extraordinarily cool set of dice - all in one. You have all 7 dice - the D8 at the top followed by D4, D10, D6, D12, D00, and the D20 base - with numbers that are represented by symbols so as to not take away from the design of the dice. The number symbols which blend seamlessly into the design also make it difficult to figure out what you rolled, at least until you get used to the system. Being a spinner, it can also take a moment for the dice to stop spinning to get your roll, making the dice wand on the more impractical side while playing a game. However, it is perfect for the undead or a necromancer or sorcerer because it is so very awesome. And if you are a fidgeter, it gives your hands something to do while waiting for your turn, perhaps to the annoyance of your fellow players but there it is. The dice wand is well made with very nice heft and smooth spin; it comes packaged in a lovely box, perfect for gifting with a quick list of the numbers on the back. The D20 is both the base of the wand and its own die - overall, this is just a really, really neat dice set!
