No issues whatsoever with the vendor. The printer itself is fine, a little finicky about the paper width. I had upgraded from the USB version. It's very handy for more than address labels -- labeling attic storage boxes, homemade jam jars, hanging file folders (yeah, I'm old-fashioned).

La première ne détecte pas le changement de rouleau de papier elle reste sur le réglage par défaut j’ai fais tout ce qui est dans la notice et j’ai appeler sav Brother qui mon dit qu’elle a un problème je contacte le vendeur pour avoir une facture a plusieurs il ne répond même pas alors j’ai contacté sav Amazon et je l’est retourner et j’ai commander une deuxième chez le même vendeur et la sa fais 3 semaine et a chaque fois la date de livraison prévue elle change. Je ne recommande pas du tout ce vendeur je comprend quand un appareil ne fonctionne pas comme prévus mais il faut communiquer avec le client c’est simple.

This is clearly a very capable machine but I wanted only to print simple address labels from an iMac to this printer. The set up was complicated and lots of setup tasks cannot be done over Bluetooth, only a USB cable (simple enough once you work out what the problem is). The label editor software likewise appears sophisticated but I found it impossible to get addresses stored in Apple Contacts to load and be easy to print. Probably a great machine for Windows users with complex labelling needs but cannot recommend it for a home office using a Mac.
