No complaints 2 years in
Been using this computer for almost 2 years now and have absolutely NO complaints. This is my first “big girl” gaming computer and I can’t overstate how beginner friendly it is. I’m not a huge gamer, mostly The Sims and similar games, but it runs them beautifully. I also use it for school and sometimes work as well and have experienced zero slowdown or lag. It was also very easy to set up and start playing immediately. It’s definitely more expensive than what most casual users would expect to pay, but I absolutely believe it was worth every penny!

A solid PC
I've had my computer for almost a year now, and I've had no issues with it. I thankfully upgraded the RAM before prices got out of control, which would be my main recommendation for anyone. I run VR on it with no issues, so take that as you will. The only other big suggestion I can make is to update the BIOS immediately, since it has a 14th gen Intel processor in it. i5's didn't have the voltage issues as bad as the i7 and i9 CPU's did, but you can never be too careful. You may want to invest in some extra drives for it, since it only has a 1TB NVME SSD, but it has slots for a few internal SATA drives.

It does the job
This is a mid-grade system but it seems to be doing what I ask of it. I play some pretty hefty games like Oblivion, Fallout 4, and other Bethesda favorites. The computer seems to handle the load fairly well. A few crashes here and a couple of hang-ups there but I am enjoying myself for the most part. If I had a complaint it's that I reached out to MSI on their site and asked them to suggest any upgrades I could make to the hardware and which components should take priority and they opted to ignore my request. Oh well ... I tried to give them some more business.

Great Performance, Runs Quiet, and Smooth Gameplay!
This PC is awesome! Runs Fortnite at 150+ FPS, super fast and quiet, and no issues at all. The i5-14400F + RTX 4060 combo is great, and the 1TB SSD makes everything load quick. Definitely worth it!

Excellent computer for the price!
Excellent build! Using for gaming and work. Using high graphics setting for WoW, Diablo, and Steam. Very happy with setup and performance. Out of box to gaming, only about 45 minutes.

Can’t handle games
PC arrived on March 2nd and we installed Discord, Steam and Pantheon, it was bought as a gaming PC. By April 15th it started crashing. Thirty minutes into playing Pantheon it would give the blue screen of death, shutdown and restart itself. Had to call Tech support for help, each and every time they were very helpful, unfortunately because the issue happens thirty minutes into playing Pantheon I had to hang up and play to see if the error was gone…it wasn’t. On April 18th they finally gave me an RMA to return the PC for them to check and fix…but I have to pay to ship it to them. Now to wait about three weeks to get it back hoping it was fixed and I’m not getting some refurbished one in its place. I have saved my serial number just in case

My husband bought this but he uses it all day every day. He says it works really well and he seems very happy with it. It’s cool how it changes colors (that’s my fav part )
