I bought this to get healthy after surgery, and I feel better already. I am really pleased I went with the 2-in-1 blender that has x2 single serve cups, as the mini blender and the cups work perfectly for somone that wants to make a smoothie really quickly. This blender gives you great control over what type of smoothie you want, whether it's pure liquid or one with a lot of pulp. Although it's quite large, it's actually a perfect weight as it's easy to move around and it has suckers on the base to keep it in place. Another highlight is, it's very easy to clean. Everything is very well made and has many features to avoid leakage. It can be very noisy, but it's not something that bothers me. I highly recommend it, because it's very powerful, well made, looks good and the ease of cleaning makes is great for people who don't have much time on their hands. This blender is great. It doesn't struggle at all blending nuts and ice. It leaves no bits and some of the modes are actually quite decent, they aren't a gimmick. The main jug is easy to clean and durable. The single serve ones are just as easy, except the lid needs a bit of faffing to remove the rubber ring to clean it properly. It is a little louder than a lower powered blender but it blends so quick and well that it's definitely worth it to have the extra power (and noise that comes with it). I haven't had any issues so far with reliability and heat/burning smells from the motor. It's probably one of those things were it either happens straight away or it'll never happen. All in all, this is a great blender. 100% worth the money you pay. I would never need anymore blending power than this, especially if it can blend nuts/ice with no struggle.

The combine is heavy, which speaks volumes about its power and quality.

I appreciate the sensing function on this blender. It takes note of the texture and adjust itself to better blend. The lid is also nice, I appreciate the locking mechanism kind of like a good processor. Easy to clean because it's dishwasher safe. Not the loudest either.

Does just what it say

I was excited to receive this blender but was very disappointed when I opened the box. The blender looked the same as illustrated on the Amazon website and on the packaging, except for one major issue. The round control knob( Detect Dial), which supposed to be mute but still visible while blender in not on and it indicates precise blending programs (illuminates) when the blender is on, was completely black. There was no illumination or indication of any programs or modes at all. While the blender did operate and blend, the control knob remained unlit, making it impossible to see what was happening. I contacted Amazon customer service and a collection and replacement were promptly arranged. As always Amazon’s customer service was excellent. I am now waiting for the replacement and hope it will be exactly as described, illustrated and fully functional. UPDATE a few days later: I’m now removing one star and here is the reason: the replacement arrived promptly and the new blender had the same issue. I suspect that the whole batch has the same knob ( Detect Dial) problem. I contacted Amazon and requested a return for refund. I’m giving up on Ninja blender.

After buying a number of Blenders all different brands and having a bad experience. I decided to buy this one even though more expensive than others i thought more expensive better quality well this machine does not disappoint. Been wanting to make slushies at home and with this you can and smoothies is what i use it for but absolutely love it. So happy i finally have a blender that works and does what i need it to do also easy to take on and off and no issues. Love Love this blender so much and would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a new blender as this is one if you buy it you wont regret it. Ninja you did good I especially love its power sense function so knows to blend ice when making a slushie. You don’t need to buy a slushie machine separately when you have this blender
