Pain? 8/10 burning pain.I rather have pain then scratching my ringworm areas to make it worse in the long run.After about three minutes of the burning effect, its very nice and cool and the itch and burning is gone. Maybe it’s “burning” the bad stuff away so healing can start. No pain no gain. My ring worm area is under the stomach area and armpits. Will keep using for a few weeks and hopefully see results.

Kind of looks like they keep changing the ingredients? I don’t know but this worked great for my daughter’s ringworm and now for my jock itch. Loveee the cooling feeling. Finally found something that gives the itch and burn relief. I ordered two more!

Holy smokes this stuff is like acid on your skin!Bought it to treat ringworm A few spots on my chest as well as spread to my abdomen and a couple spots under my arms.Applied it after my shower on clean skin as directed.This is the worst burning Hot minty menthol sensation You could ever imagine. Had it on for about 10 seconds and immediately got back in the shower and did my best to scrub it off. It has now been about 15 minutes since I have scrubbed and scrubbed and gotten back out of the shower and dried off in my skin is still absolutely tingling and burning.Zero out of five stars!!If you have even remotely sensitive skin, I do not recommend this at all to anyone. I bought two tubes of this and it is straight up garbage to me. What an absolute waste of money!If you have ringworm and need an antifungal, do yourself a favor and just by monistat from any local pharmacy. It's the exact same active ingredient And is perfectly safe and comfortable for your skin.. You know,...because it's meant for your lady parts. So obviously it's safe for other parts of your skin.This stuff is absolutely horrible!

Not blaming the brand it just didn't work for me at the time relief the itch didn't burn has a little smell
